Inspired Darkness is a novel-length story in three parts, trilogy-style. It tells the story of Elijah Meadows. It is a work of fiction, made by me, and should be treated as such.
Warnings: (in total) M/M romance, M/F romance, hints of incest, gore, alternate history
Genre: Fantasy, horror/suspense, alternate history
Summary:
In Making A Lord, Elijah is a boy of nineteen living in the Lake District of medieval England. He is an outcast working in a silver smithy as an apprentice when he is found by Lord Neville Larkin, a kelpie and the Lord of the Unseelie Court. Elijah is taken in to a world he has never believed in, and must work his way to become Lord Neville's heir. His only problem? Larkin's son, a knight for King Harold.
In the second part of the trilogy Under Queen Alice's Rule - formerly called Victorian Project - Queen Victoria has died and her children are missing, forcing her estranged baby sister to take control of the country - quietly, of course. Elijah, now nearly one-thousand years old, is once again tested when a young member of the Seelie Court asks for his help. Things for the two get worse when the youth's sister is found dead, killed in a Ripper-style murder. With the help of Victoria's young nephew Philip, the three set out to find the killer and bring Albert back to England to become King.
The third and finally volume of the Inspired Darkness trilogy, Untimely Conspiracy, brings Jacob and Elijah - finally happy together - into the new millenium. When Lord Larkin's son returns from the dead, Elijah's position is challenged. He must save his family without loosing his precious place in the ranks of Temporal Lords.
Main Characters:
Elijah Meadows
Jacob Brown
Elizabeth Brown
Philip Saxe-Colburg
Uriah Larkin
